Los encargados de la Administración de Rentas departamentales están obligados a vender a los productores de vinos de frutas el alcohol que necesiten para su producto, todo de conformidad con lo prescrito en el artículo 3º de la Ley 34 de 1925, y serán responsables de cualquier perjuicio que resulte del incumplimiento de la presente disposición.
