ARTICULO 4º . RESPETO A LA LEY, OBEDIENCIA Y ARMONIA. Los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, respetarán la Ley, obedecerán a sus superiores, convivirán en armonía con sus compañeros y considerarán la situación de los internos, en el mantenimiento de la seguridad, su resocialización o rehabilitación.
