La providencia en que se concede el beneficio de amparo es apelable en el efecto devolutivo, y si ésta se revoca, no se sigue oyendo al amparo mientras no se consigne en estampillas que se debenadherir al expediente, el doble de los derechos fiscales de que haya sido eximido.
