Si la parte obligada no suministra el papel que le corresponde, el Secretario lo suple con papel común.

La parte renuente no es oída en el juicio mientras no consigne en estampillas de timbre nacional el doble del valor del papel sellado que ha debido emplear, estampillas que se adhieren a los autos y se anulan por el Secretario.
