ARTICULO 2°. Objetivos . Corresponde al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho la formulación y adopción de las políticas y planes sectoriales. Los organismos del sector adscritos o vinculados al Ministerio, serán los ejecutores de las políticas en sus respectivos campos de acción.
