Artículo cuarto. El aporte del Ministerio de Fomento, de que trata este Decreto, se pagará con carga al Capítulo 72, artículo 775, del Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia fiscal en curso, y será girado al Instituto de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, entidad ésta que queda autorizada para llevar a cabo la construcción, arreglo, etc., del pabellón (stand).
