Los autos o providencias en que se dispone la práctica de una diligencia judicial fuera del juicio, como la absolución de posiciones, reconocimiento de firmas, notificación de títulos ejecutivos o cesión de créditos, requerimientos y de mas análogos, no son apelables sino en el efecto devolutivo.
