Alcance del concepto de vinculación. En cuanto al alcance del concepto de "vinculación"(artículos 30 y 31 de la Ley 222 de 1995), es preciso señalar que el mismo corresponde a un concepto genérico que comprende, tanto las relaciones de subordinación que pueden existir entre las entidades, como los casos de vinculación económica, sean por participación o cualquiera otra causa que determine las relaciones entre las sociedades.
