°. Procedimiento interno . Derógase el inciso iii) del literal b) del artículo 5° del Decreto 847 del 11 de mayo de 2001, modificado por el artículo 2° del Decreto 201 del 27 de enero de 2004.

Parágrafo

Las entidades prestadoras de servicios públicos, responsables legalmente por el recaudo y el giro de la Contribución de Solidaridad, deberán realizar los ajustes y reliquidaciones del caso.
