Inhabilidades absolutas para testimoniar. Son inhábiles para testimoniar en todo proceso

1.

Los menores de doce años.

2.

Los que se hallen bajo interdicción por causa de demencia.

3.

Los sordomudos que no puedan darse a entender por escrito o por lenguaje convencional de signos traducibles por intérprete.
