Cambio de Escalafón para Suboficiales. Los Suboficiales en servicio activo que reúnan las condiciones señaladas en el artículo 34 del Decreto 89 de 1994 para su Escalafonamiento como Oficiales del Cuerpo Administrativo, deberán cumplir los siguientes requisitos

Solicitud escrita al Ministro de Defensa por conducto del respectivo Comando de Fuerza;

Estar clasificado en Lista 1 o 2 durante los tres (3) últimos años de su carrera y no haber sufrido sanción disciplinaria;

Encontrarse dentro de los límites de edad establecidos para el respectivo grado en el artículo 128 del Decreto 89 de 1984;

Concepto favorable de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio.
