°. Modifícase el literal d) del artículo 21 del Decreto 1681 de septiembre 16 de 1996, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 21. De los actos exentos. El ejercicio de la función notarial no causará derecho alguno en los siguientes casos: d) La protocolización del acta de matrimonio civil expedida por el juez colombiano o el ministro de culto de las Entidades Religiosas listadas en la parte considerativa de este decreto, así como las que llegaren a celebrar convenio de derecho público interno con el Estado colombiano, ante quien se celebró y la expedición de una copia”.
