º CLASES DE TRANSPORTE. El transporte automotor de carga es de carácter público o particular, según las definiciones que a continuación se señalan

Transporte Terrestre Público Automotor de Carga es aquel que se establece para satisfacer necesidades generales de movilización de bienes de un lugar a otro, en vehículos automotores, en forma regular y contínua a cambio de una remuneración o tarifa;

Transporte Terrestre Particular Automotor de Carga es aquel que se limita a satisfacer necesidades privadas de movilización de bienes, dentro del ámbito de las actividades de una persona jurídica o natural.
