°. Modificación del artículo 4° del Decreto 455 de 2022. Modifíquese el artículo 4° del Decreto 455 de 2022, el cual quedará así: “Artículo 4°. Subsecretarios Generales grado 12 y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes grado 12 de ambas corporaciones. A partir del 1° de enero de 2022, los Subsecretarios Generales grado 12 y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes grado 12 de ambas corporaciones devengarán como asignación básica mensual total la suma equivalente a dieciséis millones trescientos ochenta y ocho mil ochocientos cuarenta y nueve pesos ($16.388.849) moneda corriente”.
