Artículo Primero. Las Cajas de Compensación deberán remitir las correspondientes Gerencias Regionales del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje SENA, dentro del plazo señalado en el artículo 23 del Decreto 3151 de 1962, el dos por ciento (2%) de la nómina mensual de salarios que reciban de las personas señaladas en el artículo 5º. De la Ley 58 de 1963 y en el numeral 2i, artículo 21, del Decreto Ley 3123.
