Decreto 3003 de 2005 · por el cual se reglamenta el parágrafo del artículo 44 de la Ley 715 de 2001 y se deroga el Decreto 027 de 2003.

º . Procedimiento de evaluación de la capacidad de gestión . La evaluación de la capacidad de gestión de que trata el artículo anterior, se efectuará de acuerdo con la metodología de evaluación que anualmente determine el Ministerio de la Protección Social, la cual deberá ser dada a conocer a los departamentos a más tardar el 30 de abril del año objeto de evaluación.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de la evaluación de la capacidad de gestión de la vigencia 2005, el Ministerio de la Protección Social deberá dar a conocer la metodología de evaluación a más tardar el 31 de agosto de 2005.
