Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en esta Sección, se aplicarán las reglas generales sobre transporte de cosas, cuando el transportador se haya obligado a entregar en determinado lugar un cargamento calculado sobre la capacidad, total o parcial, de una nave especificada.

Salvo pacto expreso en contrario, el transportador no podrá sustituir la nave designada.
