ARTICULO 2.1.2.2.17 . REGIMEN DE EMISION DE BONOS DE GARANTIA GENERAL Y ESPECIFICA. El régimen de emisión y amortización de los bonos de garantía general y específica será el consagrado en los artículos 15, 16 y 17 del Decreto 605 de 1958. No obstante, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 1026 de 1990, con el fin de llenar los vacíos de su régimen legal se aplicarán a dichos bonos las reglas consagradas en ese decreto, que no pugnen con su naturaleza. En todo caso, no será necesario que exista un representante de los tenedores.
