Art. 1.° Abrese un crédito estraordinario al Presupuesto de gastos para la vijencia económica de 1871 a 1872, por la cantidad de novecientos pesos ($ 900), para pagar el sueldo del Sub-jefe de la Seccion 4.ª de Contabilidad jeneral de la Secretaría del Tesoro i Crédito nacional. Este crédito se imputará en la respectiva cuenta, al Departamento del Tesoro, capítulo 1.° (Bis), artículo 5.° del Presupuesto de gastos.
