El Gobierno Nacional invertirá la cantidad de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000) para la construcción, y doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00) para la dotación del plantel. Estas sumas serán incluidas en las vigencias próxima y siguiente dentro del presupuesto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. El Gobierno queda facultado para abrir créditos y hacer traslaciones hasta el monto de la cantidad indicada, en caso de no hacerse la apropiación presupuestal.
