ARTICULO 2° Alcance. El Manual General de Funciones y Requisitos contenido en el presente Decreto es un instrumento técnico para la administración de personal, que constituye el marco general de referencia para la elaboración de los manuales específicos en los diferentes organismos del Subsector Oficial del Sector Salud de las entidades territoriales y sus entes descentralizados, en lo atinente a

a)

Denominaciones de cargos;

b)

Naturaleza de las funciones de los cargos;

c)

Funciones generales, y

d)

Requisitos mínimos exigidos para su desempeño.
