Parágrafo

al artículo 8° del Decreto 066 de 2003: “

Parágrafo 2

Los recursos previstos en el

Parágrafo

anterior, podrán ser utilizados por el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, Fogafín, para cubrir la totalidad de las erogaciones a que se refiere el numeral 2 del presente artículo, requeridas para el cumplimiento de las finalidades previstas en el artículo 96 de la Ley 795 de 2003.”
