° El correo urbano hará que la correspondencia llegue a poder de los destinatarios auxiliándose de los directorios, pero el Servicio Postal no admitirá responsabilidad alguna cuando los destinatarios no hayan registrado la dirección, indicando los cambios de ella o los remitentes no la indiquen con la debida claridad.
