Decreto 1925 de 1999 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Decreto 1181 de 1999

º. Tiempo máximo. El servicio de un funcionario nombrado en provisionalidad no excederá de 4 años, salvo circunstancias de fuerza mayor calificadas en cada caso por el Ministro de acuerdo con las condiciones y circunstancias que legalmente definen dicha fuerza mayor. El funcionario en provisionalidad designado en el exterior, no podrá ser nuevamente nombrado en el exterior antes de 3 años. Dicho término se contabilizará a partir del día siguiente a aquel en el cual hubieren cesado las funciones de su cargo en el exterior.
