º . El incentivo por desempeño grupal, de quienes opten por este nuevo régimen, a que se refiere el artículo 5º del Decreto 1268 de 1999, no podrá exceder del veintiséis (26%) por ciento de la asignación básica mensual más la prima de dirección y la diferencia remuneratoria por designación de jefatura que se devengue. Este incentivo no constituirá factor salarial para ningún efecto legal y se determinará con base en la evaluación de la gestión que se realice cada seis (6) meses.
