Aprobación de proyectos y designación de ejecutor. La aprobación de proyectos y designación de ejecutor se adelantará en los términos establecidos en los artículos 1.2.1.2.11, 1.2.1.2.22 y 1.2.1.2.23 del presente Decreto. Aprobado un proyecto de inversión por parte de la instancia competente y designado el ejecutor del mismo, corresponderá a este último aceptar la ejecución de la respectiva iniciativa en los términos del proyecto de inversión registrado en el Banco de Proyectos de Inversión del Sistema General de Regalías.
