° Las asignaciones fijadas en las escalas convenidas en este Decreto corresponden exclusivamente a empleados de carácter permanente y tiempo completo.

Parágrafo

Para la aplicación del presente artículo .regirán las jornadas establecidas en el Acuerdo 20 de 1964 de la Junta Directiva del Instituto Nacional de Radio y Televisión.
