Aquellas personas distintas a la persona titular del acto que adquieran obligaciones de hacer en cumplimiento de la voluntad y preferencias expresadas por medio de una directiva anticipada, y que suscriban la misma, se entenderán como personas de apoyo y estarán sujetas a las reglas de responsabilidad establecidas para estos efectos en la presente ley.
