Muerte con doce (12) años de servicio. Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial falleceré por accidente en misión del servicio o por causas inherentes al mismo, con doce (12) años o más de servicio, pero con menos de quince (15), la pensión a que tiene, derecho los beneficiarios se liquidará como si el Oficial o Suboficial hubiere cumplido quince (15) años de servicio.
