ARTICULO 5º . Autorizase al Fiscal General de la Nación para destinar temporalmente a los Fiscales Delegados de cualquier nivel, lo mismo que a los empleados a las unidades y Secretarías de Fiscalía Regional y ante el Tribunal Nacional, para lo cual, durante el período respectivo, recibirán la remuneración que a estos últimos corresponde, siempre y cuando exista la respectiva disponibilidad presupuestal.
