Las emisiones de bonos que hayan de hacerse en virtud del contrato de empréstito se efectuarán sucesivamente en los periodos y cuantías que exijan las obras por construir, según el cálculo que se haga entre el Gobierno y los respectivos prestamistas, si ellos lo exigieren.
