Si lo embargado es sueldo, renta o pensión, el Juez ordena que se libre el correspondiente despacho para que se entregue al acreedor lo retenido, y, en lo sucesivo, se le continúe entregando lo que deba seguirse reteniendo hasta cubrir la cantidad a cuyo pago ha sido condenado el deudor.
