Articulo 8. o En los casos en los cuales se trasladen funcionarios entre las diferentes Direcciones del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, se entenderán para todos los efectos legales y fiscales que el servicio se ha prestado sin solución de continuidad y los salarios seguirán siendo pagados por la dependencia a la cual pertenecían inicialmente los mencionados funcionarios, hasta tanto se incluyan en una nueva planta.
