Durante la vigencia fiscal 2017, el Gobierno Nacional podrá concurrir con Colpensiones en el pago de las costas judiciales y agencias en derecho de los procesos judiciales que por concepto de prestaciones pensionales condenaron al extinto Instituto de Seguros Sociales. Para este efecto, Colpensiones y el Patrimonio Autónomo de Remanentes del I.S.S., realizarán las acciones necesarias para depurar la información correspondiente.
