Los propietarios de las zonas de terrenos beneficiadas por las obras de irrigación de que trata el artículo 1o, deberán reembolsar el costo neto de tales obras, entendido por costo neto el costo total menos el valor del auxilio que la presente Ley decreta, de acuerdo con las disposiciones y reglamentos vigentes sobre la materia.
