º . Modificar el inciso primero del artículo 5º del Decreto 1161 de 1994, modificatorio del

Parágrafo

del artículo 24 del Decreto 692 de 1994, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo

Las cotizaciones correspondientes a los meses de abril a diciembre de 1994, inclusive, en el caso del ISS, podrán efectuarse bajo la modalidad de facturación del Instituto, en lugar de la autoliquidación de los empleadores".
