° Las Administraciones Principales de Correos y Agencias Postales que en la actualidad no tengan establecidos los expendios oficiales de especies postales, procederán a establecerlos para que entren a funcionar con empleados de su dependencia, desde la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto.
