Los productos clasificables en la subpartida 30.06.80.00.00, que corresponden con lo establecido en la Nota Legal 4 literal k) del capítulo 30, así como los clasificables en la subpartida 38.25.30.00.00, que corresponden con lo establecido en la Nota Legal 6 literal a) del capítulo 38, tendrán derecho al nivel porcentual de CERT previsto en el Decreto 33 de 2001, para los respectivos capítulos del Arancel de Aduanas.
