º. Para el ejercicio de la vigilancia de la gestión fiscal de que trata el artículo anterior, la Contraloría General de la República adoptará sistemas apropiados a la naturaleza de los establecimientos, instituciones, organismos, etc., acorde con el género de sus actividades, respetando su autonomía administrativa y con sus modalidades técnicas o comerciales en orden a facilitar su funcionamiento y el cumplimiento de sus finalidades. Para estos efectos el Contralor pedirá informes al Ministro del ramo y tendrá en cuenta sus observaciones.
