Para el solo efecto de liquidación de las participaciones a que se refiere el artículo anterior, regirán los precios que fije el gobierno para la Venta de toneladas de sal marina a granel, o sea el equivalente al de la Salmuera en las salinas terrestres, la sal para usos industriales, para Consumo de las ganadería y para explotación se valorara, para el mismo efecto, a su precio real de venta.
