º . De la personería jurídica y del reconocimiento deportivo . La Federación Paraolímpica se sujetará a lo dispuesto en el Decreto 407 de 1996 y a las disposiciones que lo modifiquen, en materia de personería jurídica y de Reconocimiento Deportivo, excepto lo relativo a la obligatoriedad del aval por parte del Comité Olímpico Colombiano, para efectos del otorgamiento de la mencionada personería.
