ARTICULO 4.1.9.0.8 .- COMPETENCIA PARA LA ADMINISTRACION DE PERSONAL . Todo lo atinente al manejo del régimen interno de administración de personal de los funcionarios de la Superintendencia Bancaria en aspectos tales como el proceso de selección, situaciones administrativas régimen especial de carrera administrativa distribución de cargos, ubicación de funcionarios y, en general, todo el manejo dé la planta global flexible del organismo, corresponde al Superintendente Bancario quien podrá delegar estas funciones cuando las necesidades del servicio lo requieran. Una vez adoptado el sistema de planta global, el Superintendente Bancario o el funcionario en quien Él delegue esta función mediante resolución distribuirá la planta de personal y ubicará los funcionarios según la estructura administrativa de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
