B., destacada su vida como admirable manifestación de la dedicación integral al servicio de los altos intereses de la Patria, por su entereza de carácter, su absoluto desprendimiento, su clara inteligencia, su adhesión inquebrantable a las doctrinas de la Iglesia Católica y su devoción por las instituciones democráticas y la presenta como un extraordinario ejemplo a la imitación de las juventudes colombianas.
