Los empleadores y los trabajadores podrán estipular que las controversias que surjan entre ellos por razón de sus relaciones de trabajo sean dirimidas por tribunal de arbitramento.
En igual sentido podrán someterse a dicho mecanismo, las controversias que surjan entre actores del sistema de seguridad social integral.
