Objeto. De conformidad con lo establecido en el

Parágrafo

del literal b) del numeral 3 del artículo 270 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero y lo dispuesto en el artículo 33 de la Ley 2155 de 2021, autorícese a la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A., - Findeter, a crear una línea de crédito directo con tasa compensada, destinada a financiar proyectos y/o gastos de inversión de las entidades territoriales, a efectos de mitigar la crisis de la pandemia originada por el COVID-19.
