°. Distribución de los empleos temporales . El Director General de la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética (UPME), mediante acto administrativo, distribuirá los cargos de la planta temporal a que hace referencia el artículo 1° del presente Decreto en la Subdirección de Energía Eléctrica, en la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos de Fondos y en la Secretaría General, teniendo en cuenta la estructura, la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio y los planes y programas de la entidad.
