Los archivos de las historias laborales de los ex trabajadores de la Sociedad Cajanal S.A., EPS, serán entregados a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado-Cajanal EICE o a la entidad que haga sus veces, cumpliendo las normas previstas para ello, quien será responsable de la custodia y del manejo de los mismos.
