Artículo octavo. El vehículo automóvil (taxi) de servicio público incorporado a cualquiera de las citadas empresas y adjudicando a una persona natural será conducido ordinaria y preferencialmente por ésta. No obstante, cuando el propietario no pueda conducirlo, el vehículo será manejado sólo por un chofer asalariado de la respectiva empresa.
