Las Secciones de Turno creadas por el presente Decreto, funcionarán bajo la inmediata dirección y vigilancia del respectivo Ingeniero Administrador de Puerto, quien para tales efectos deberá cumplir a cabalidad las funciones que le fueron señaladas por Decreto número 2181 del 14 de noviembre del año pasado y por Resolución número 570 de fecha 23 del mismo mes.
