La presente Resolución rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica el artículo 25 y deroga el artículo 26 de la Resolución 100-000041 del 8 de enero de 2021.

PARÁGRAFO: De acuerdo con las modificaciones realizados mediante el presente acto administrativo, todas las menciones normativas que se realicen al Grupo de Investigaciones Administrativas o al Grupo de Control de Sociedades y Seguimiento a Acuerdos de Reestructuración, se entenderán realizadas al Grupo de Inspección, Vigilancia y Control.
